I would just like to start off with this sidebar: Mom and Dad, I know that you are reading this and I just want you to know that I am alive and well. I know that I have not really been in touch for the last three weeks, but that is only because I have been too busy exploring and adventuring. I have so many stories that I cannot wait to share with all the folks back home, but there are way too many to fit into one blog post. That being said, I have included several photos below that show some of the awesome experiences we have had over the last three weeks in Shanghai and Xi'an. I will add some photos from Beijing soon!

It may be difficult to tell, but this is a picture of us playing an intense game of ultimate frisbee with our student guides from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Fuxing Park.
